The site covers over 150 hectares, fully zoned and prepared for large-scale industrial operations. Located right along highway E4 and just five minutes from Sundsvall-Timrå Airport, Torsboda connects you to road, rail, sea and air – all within minutes.

Sweden has the lowest industrial electricity prices in Western and Northern Europe. In fact, Västernorrland offers the most competitive prices in Sweden. Combined with the low energy tax applicable to Swedish industries, this results in one of the lowest power costs in Europe.

The High Coast has a strong industrial cluster fed by the large competence pool. There are experienced and skilled industrial workers as well as specialized consultants. In addition, there are prominent researchers in cell chemistry, storage and energy charging, as well as in materials and environmentally friendly supercapacitors. In short – staffing is not an issue.
We know the flow
Our industries ship their goods to all parts of the world. Large volumes of goods also pass through the region on their way to the rest of the world from the mines and the heavy industries further north in Sweden. The Sundsvall logistics park, completed in 2023, is one of Sweden’s most important transport hubs, combining train, road and boat logistics for a flexible offering.
